Falling into the pit of despair,
He found himself lost in the abyss.
Never knew who he was, what he was,
Until the shadows of darkness covered
his soul,
And turned him into a being
Different from humans.
The world he was born into
was never the place he truly belonged,
So wore a poker face,
To assure others
He was no different from humans.
Rejecting to be one of the men,
He turned into the pattern of things,
Absurd, selfish, something that destroyed
His entire existence.
Before departing, he failed to feel the emotions
that make a person human,
And found himself turned into someone
Disqualified as a human.
